Jeff Waldron, DPT, CPI, CEO

Jeff WaldronAs a doctor of physical therapy, Dr. Waldron provides the latest research-based physical therapy treatment. He has worked in the greater Seattle area for the last nine years treating outpatient orthopedics including upper extremities, lower extremities, spinal, TMJ, headaches, and neurological conditions. Dr. Waldron has taken continuing education courses in manual treatment and assessment techniques from Osteopathic Physicians, Mulligan, Maitland, and yearly updates on orthopedic surgery rehabilitation. He has training in Aquatic Physical Therapy, certification in ASTYM, and certification in Pilates. He has a wide assortment of skills to help patients attain the best results and will work with patients to find the best combination of treatments for their condition.

Dr. Waldron was born in Spokane, Washington, but grew up in the Midwest. He completed his bachelor’s degree from Augustana College, his master’s and doctorate of physical therapy at Des Moines University in Iowa. He played college soccer and continues to play in men’s leagues two to three times a week in Seattle. When he has free time, he loves fishing, skiing, salsa dancing, and spending time with family and friends. He speaks three languages!

Tito Dith, DPT

Tito Dith Titonath Dith was born in Cambodia and came to the United States when he was five years old. He has lived in San Francisco and Brooklyn. He has traveled to Europe and Asia and is proud to call the Seattle area home.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University; a combined Bachelor’s of Health Sciences, a Master’s of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University. Titonath has been a Physical Therapist since 1998 and has worked in Sports Medicine, Outpatient Rehabilitation, and Home Health Care. He has received awards for being the “Face of Gentiva”, in providing care the Gentiva way and “Physical Therapist of the Year” for home care in Washington State.

As a therapist he enjoys the challenges that clinicians face every day in treating a variety of impairments. These range from neurological and orthopedic conditions, traumatic injuries, vestibular rehabilitation, and post surgical recovery. He believes in treating others as he would like to be treated. It is his pleasure to work with you in achieving your goals.

Titonath is a board member of The Dith Pran Foundation which provides scholarships to Cambodians in rural areas to attend college. The philosophy is that a more educated community makes for a better world.

Titonath is happily married with three sons; and in his spare time he enjoys sports, the outdoors, fishing, gardening, movies and spending time with family.



Cathy DeLizo, PT

Cathy DeLizo earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1985. Cathy is a native of Massachusetts and has spent her entire professional career in the Seattle area. She has clinical experience working in private practice, hospital, rehabilitation and home care settings. Cathy has had great success in treating injuries of the spine, joints and neurological disorders utilizing manual therapy techniques and customized exercise programs tailored to meet each individual’s goals.

In her spare time she enjoys biking, hiking, and downhill skiing with her husband and spending time with her three children.



Stefanie DeCaria, DPT

Stephanie DeCaria Stefanie DeCaria earned her doctoral degree in physical therapy from the University of Washington. As a recent graduate in the field of physical therapy, she is interested in providing physical therapy treatment that is both evidence based and clinically effective. She has experience in orthopedic, hospital, and pediatric settings. Stefanie understands the importance of focusing on the patient as a whole, and determining a plan of care that is individualized to fit the patient’s needs, goals, and lifestyle. She is committed to continuing her education, with special interest in both aquatic and manual therapy.

Stefanie was born and raised in Utah. She enjoys skiing, the outdoors, music, travel, and spending time with friends and family.



Han Duong, PTA

Han DuongA Washington native, Han Duong grew up in Bellevue and currently resides in Wallingford. During her time at the University of Washington, where she graduated in June of 2000 with Bachelor's degrees in both International Studies and French, Han spent two quarters studying French culture and language in the town of Angers, France. She is also fluent in Vietnamese. In June of 2009 Han graduated from the PTA program at Green River Community College in Auburn and started working at Axis in August of 2009. She enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient setting right out of school; it is an amazing learning experience and she looks forward to many more opportunities to improve her manual therapy techniques and treat patients with a wide variety of diagnoses.

Her hobbies include making jewelry, running, snowboarding, rock climbing, and yoga, with the goal of one day becoming a certified yoga instructor. Han and her fiance Josh are currently planning for a summer 2011 wedding.

About our Licensed Massage Therapists...

Demetrio A. Jose, and Kathy Jo Baier

The massage therapists at Axis Physical Therapy are graduates of an accredited school and have had clinical training in anatomy, physiology, therapeutic massage techniques, hydrotherapy, somatic education and remedial exercise. Each therapist must pass a state licensing examination set by the Washington State Board. Continuing education and training is required of all therapists of Axis Physical Therapy. Each therapist is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Axis Physical Therapy's massage therapists work closely with the referring Doctor and other licensed professionals on staff. We have access to an extensive network panel of health care practitioners who we can refer you to if the need arises. As body workers, they work with each patient to achieve body awareness. Our massage therapists utilize a very hands-on approach. They encompass Myofascial Release/Soft Tissue Mobilization, Acupressure, breath work, trigger point, Neuromuscular, Shiatsu, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian massage), Reflexology and other types of treatment massage which structurally affects muscles and connective tissue in their treatment regimen. Swedish massage for relaxation and stress reduction is also available.
